![]() ![]() I will not even begin to list the ways this company has disappointed us, but I am still. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. moreĭisorganized, unreliable, always short staffed. I met with several local companies in the Redding and Chico area and chose Hue and Cry, Inc. Anderson, CA, United States reviews and experiences by real locals. Security Systems, Fire Protection Services, Home Automation. A technician came to our home but said he was unable to make the repairs and that Hue & Cry would contact. Hue And Cry Security Systems Inc Bruce Drive - Bruce Dr - (530)365-00. We needed to have our alarm system repaired following the installation of new flooring. Kyle comes and does our inspections, he's nice, professional, and very informative. I manage a couple apartment communities in Anderson and we work closely with Hue & Cry. It was littered with old food, finger nail. Upon getting hired i was issued a company vehicle in which i had to clean out myself prior to the previous owner. moreĭefinitely a poor company to work for. We didn't have a land line even though Charter told us we did. He was so patient and helpful he was great. The staff who came to set-up our land line was fantastic. The moral of this story: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF SPARE TIME AND DON’T MIND PAYING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN WAGES FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DEAL WITH THEIR LACK OF ORGANIZATION AND PROFESSIONALISM.We are moving to Redding. A week later, we received another bill for $ 6, which did not make any sense and resulted in yet another phone call to the horribly disorganized office. Even though it made no sense, we paid it immediately hoping it would be over and done with. In the mean time, we received an IRATE phone call from another representative, who angrily informed us that «billing is not her department» and «she has absolutely no control over billing issues.» She seemed angry with everyone in her company for not getting back to us and simultaneously angry at us for having the audacity to call her with concerns over our bill (her answering machine message indicated she was in charge of these matters). We called and left messages on March 16, March 17, March 19, April 11 and April 17, when we finally received a call back from a woman who said she would call back in 30 minutes to figure it out. The invoice included late fees, which we had apparently accrued … while we were waiting for an invoice. That invoice was for $ 210 (Even though we only had service for three days at a rate of $ 3/day). We did not receive an invoice until March 9, 2013. We sent, in writing, a contract termination, which was received by their office on January 11, 2013. We agreed to pay upon invoice and they informed us that they «could not generate an invoice.» Two days later we decided to terminate the service completely, preferring to leave our multiple buildings without protection rather than dealing with their company any further. For what? We had not received any services yet. It was THEN that we started receiving repeated phone calls from the central office demanding payment. ![]() ![]() In the mean time the company agreed to cover us for $ 3/day so our buildings would not be without protection because of their company’s incompetence. The setup was so unbelievably subpar (not to mention NOTHING even close to what we had discussed) that we called immediately to have it removed from our premises. After sending us literally dozens of confusing, conflicting quotes we finally agreed to have a tech come and install a security system. Never, in our company’s 35 years in business have we ever dealt with a company that is more disorganized or less capable than Hue and Cry, Inc.
